Start by submitting our Travel Inquiry Form. We'll respond within 3–5 business days with a personalized proposal. Once you choose your desired package and submit your deposit, we'll secure everything — flights, hotel, transfers — and send a confirmation.
A deposit secures your booking. Most trips offer payment plans, but you may pay whatever you want, whenever but the final balance is due 45 days before departure. Submit payments securely through our Payment Authorization Form.
Deposits and payments are refundable ONLY if you purchase travel insurance. This is standard in the travel industry because we secure your spot with airlines and hotels at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of emergencies.
Yes, for all international destinations. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. If you don't have one yet, apply at travel.state.gov at least 3 months before travel.
It depends on the destination and your citizenship. We'll let you know what's required for your specific trip and walk you through the application process if a visa is needed.
Unless requested otherwise, flights are included. We also offer flight-only bookings if you just need a great fare.

It varies, the airline usually automatically rebooks you for the next available flight. We'll assist you with any necessary arrangements.
Ideally 3–6 months ahead for international, 6+ weeks for domestic. Last-minute is doable but options narrow.
